Consequences of cancellations
If you have to cancel a shift this must be done at least 4 hours prior to the meeting time. If you cancel within 4 hours your profile will automatically be put in quarantine. And you'll loose all future jobs.
Cancellation will appear on your profile and will hurt your future chances of getting a job ❌
The Chabbers who have historically gotten the most jobs are those who have never cancelled a shift 🤜🏼💥🤛🏼
The reason for this is that people with cancellation rates visually show their profiles last to the companies and their cancellation rate is even shown in red if it is above 10%. In other words, cancellations are very detrimental to your job opportunities, which is why they should be avoided entirely 🙅🙅♂️
If you're forced to cancel, but want to correct the problem?
If you find a replacement for the shift (a friend, family member or other chabber), we can remove the cancellation completely. However, it is important that the compensation has at least as much experience as yourself. So if you want to prevent your cancellation from damaging your profile, then you should:
Find a person to replace the shift, who is at least as good as you.
If the person does not already have a profile on Chabber, the person must create one.
Contact Chabber at +45 60 80 39 94 ☎️ and tell you that you have a replacement.
Then Chabber will cancel your cancellation.
So always keep your cancellation rate down and become a chabber star 🌟
