  1. Create a detailed profile ✍🏻
Firstly, it is important to create a detailed profile with the emphasis on your experience within the hotel and restoration sector. Read more about this in the following article: How to complete your chabber profile optimally Β

  2. Apply for several shifts at once πŸ“Œ
Secondly, it is a good idea to apply for many shifts at once. For instance, if you apply for four shifts in the same period and you are chosen for one of them, your other applications will automatically be drawn back. Therefore, you shouldn't be afraid of applying for many shifts in the same time period because of the fact that it will only increase your chances of getting work faster.

  3. Apply for less "attractive" shifts πŸ˜€πŸ₯Š
Thirdly, it is a good idea to apply for shifts that are less "attractive" than others and by that easier to get. For instance, shifts with an hourly wage around DKK 120-125, shifts geographically placed outside the city or shifts searching for +15 Chabbers.Β

  4. Have patience in the beginning β±πŸ’†πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ
Fourthly, it is generally important to be patient in the beginning because it is normal to apply for several shifts before getting your first. On the other hand, after getting your first shift and having delivered a good effort, it will be much easier to get other shifts in the future.

  5. Am I hired?

If you are approved on a shift you'll receive a message and e-mail saing that you're approved. Here you'll find contact info and more info about the job.

If you didn't get the job you'll also be notified on e-mail.

Green: you are approved for the job
Red: you have been declined for the job

Yellow (pending circle): the job still awaits the company to take action

Have a great day πŸ’ͺ🏼

Best regards,
Team Chabber
