It is always a good idea to post a job well in advance. If you post a job in a week's notice or more, the success rate is close to 100%. However, our success rates are also high on even shorter notice.Β

The perfect timing of posting a job is generally 7-10 days prior to the shift πŸ“…

If you want to hire a large number (+10) of waiters, bartenders or kitchen assistants, we recommend that you post the job about 14 days in advance.Β

Of course, you should also include the season in your consideration. During Christmas season it is typically harder to find people with a few days notice.

We have fast working support there is ready to help if you need extra hands in short notice, just remember to call chabber support asap.

We hope that answered your question 😊
